Number of Days : 3

The climbing on Fisher Chimneys is diverse, engaging… and just plain fun. It requires a wide variety of skills from your alpine tool kit. Day one takes us through vaunted pines, past the azure waters of Lake Ann, and up several hundred feet of 4th class rock climbing through the chimneys of the route’s namesake. Camp is nestled in between the White Salmon and Upper Curtis Glaciers with breathtaking views of Mount Baker. Summit day begins with gaining the upper Curtis Glacier with some ice climbing (late season) to connect with the Sulphide Glacier and final rocky summit pyramid. After a much deserved and scenic night of rest we descend the chimneys utilizing rappel, lower and downclimb techniques to retrace our steps back to our vehicles.
